It's weird how when I hit the gym, I feel great -- so much so that I don't do it again for a month. Pick up sports is the only thing I can commit to consistently so trying to find a winter rec hockey league right now. I do baseball and touch football in the summers but winters are notoriously hibernation months for me and it shows in the gut region.
