Tickets were going for no less than $350 tonight. A friend of mine asked if I wanted to go. I said hell no. Not to watch the Astros lose, have to deal with crazy traffic and not get home until after midnight. It's also raining like a fukking monsoon right now, so the fans will leave the stadium in a damn heavy down pour. Plus it's like 40 degrees outside which is cold as shit for Houstonians. Talk about a sucky night for Stros fans.

That is super cheap man. I was paying close to 1k each for a few cardinals nlcs and ws back in the mid 2000’s!

I figured a team with Max & Strasburg had a chance & the oddsmakers didn't give them much of a chance.
Just casual fan who used to be a fanatic until I turned 20. Actually I didn't
see a Washington game all year & only knew 2 guys on the whole team
before the series. Knowing BB history I actually knew more names of the
last Wash WS champs in 24: Johnson, Marberry, Rice, Goslin & Judge I think
were on that team. Saw every game & was on pins & needles in most of them
hoping for my new favorite team the Nats. Now I know the names
of most of them Soto & Rendon & kendrick were clutch Strasburg was huge &
Max 3X Cy Young winner was once again solid & a real gamer

Bet after the play in game, placed another after the Nats lost all 3 at home. +$150 for the series
