The Solomon–Lautenberg amendment is a U.S. federal law enacted in 1990, encouraging states to suspend the driver's license of anyone who commits a drug offense. Gotta play caps as dogs. +120? Yes please. Leafs pk has been pretty bad, caps sport one of better power plays, better team plus money. Case could certainly be made for the over as well but too damn juicy. neither team has a very good save percentage and these teams 1-2 at lighting the lamp. caps should score at least 4 so if leafs make it a game it outta hit at least 7 goals.
