Still, agree Lakers should not be favored. Maybe books consider it closer to Lakers home game even though Clippers wlll have season ticket holders? Clippers are either among the favorites or THE favorite to win NBA Championship depending on where you look, strange to see them as home dogs,

Lakers looked really good in preseason..couple times they played together.. Clipps were without Lenard for most of their games, PG out for a while.. But they have some guys back.. I dont like the movement too much but still think at the end lakers win by 5-9 pts or so..

Lakers have a better one two punch with James and AD. Clippers have Leonard and a bunch of role players (with George out), but the Clippers have better role players.

Here's some food for thought:

The NBA has sent 2 teams to China for 2 preseason games in each of the last five years. Those teams came home and went a combined 1-9 SU and 1-9 ATS in their respective season openers.
