This is a testament to NO, LA AND MN given that these divisions actually have other teams in them that make playoff appearances or have quarterbacks.

Would the Pat's be middle of the road if they weren't gifted 6 wins per year versus rookie qbs, teams tanking or w lame duck coaches.
