That’s a good “friend” to call in a bomb threat so he doesn’t lose a “big” bet. Dude probably had $500 max on the game and he’s going to spend 20 times that or more now.

They're not saying, but at this point, that is a lot of prison time to try to save a losing bet.

Seems like robbing a bank make more sense. Better yet a bookie or drug dealer. Way better odds.

A thought just occurred. So there was a bomb threat during a Div 1 football game, nationally televised, and they didn't try to evacuate the stadium and get people out of there? Who made that decision?

It was a poor decision really. I can't imagine all the second guessing going on had one gone off and multiple people were killed.
