For all he's done for Vegas and the Casino industry, putting a clean face and fresh image to gambling, to be banned when he's not even been charged w a crime, is insane.

If the only source is the RJ then I'd take this with a sizeable grain of salt. The RJ is owned by and is the mouthpiece for Sheldon Adelson, who for decades has been pretty open about wanting to throw Steve Wynn into a vat of boiling oil. There's a non-zero chance that he is metaphorically doing that with this story.
