Betting the Cardinals is tough with their ice-cold bats, but I thought they showed a little pulse late in Monday's game

Cardinals hitters have seen the Washington starter Corbin more in all-time history at-bats, compared to the amount of previous at-bats Washington has seen the Cardinals starter Hudson, who has been a good pitcher this year in his own right

I also come up with an angle that Washington might actually "not mind" to prolong this series, seeing as how the Astros / Yankees almost certainly will go 6 or 7 games. If Washington sweeps and then don't play any real games for that long of a break, it could hurt their chances of winning the World Championship
