Jeff Fisher had no idea if Goof was good or not. He was past his expiration date as a HC about 8 years before they finally clipped him.

There are about 24 qbs in nfl who are legit starters. Brady, Mahomes and Dak are 3 of them. Goof and Mariota aren’t.

I agree. But the overwhelming thought process on this forum is negative towards QB`s.
My point about TB12 is he gets all sorts of shit. Did he have the gifts of Elway/Mahomes/Rogers. No. But many posters/talking heads

Jared Goff went 13-for-24 for 78 yards. He's the only QB in the last five years to attempt at least 24 passes and throw for 78 yards or fewer.

Goff became the third QB this year to average 2.0 net yards/pass play or less. The other two: Luke Falk and Josh Rosen.

The line is not great and Joe Noteboom blew out his knew in the 1st half. Brown sprain his ankle so they were down to a tiny rookie for pass pro in the back field. No doubt Goff looked like shit though. He hung on to the ball way too long.
