Rules are rules, whatever Riley did was clearly within what is allowable. I dont disagree its garbage but its on Rilwy to give his team every possible advantage to win within the rules, and ncaaf kickers are roughly 15% more likely to miss a kick when being iced.

File a grievance with the ncaaf rules committee but Riley did the right thing, and the kicker made him pay
