I think he's a bust. He's only 6-6 and he can't shoot. If you look at the players who bust the most in the NBA they are players who dominate with size and athleticism at college but against bigger and stronger NBA players their inability to shoot gets them exposed.

I could never articulate how idiotic it is to think that Zion Williamson will be anything less than one of the most dominant players in NBA history, let alone thinking he will be a "bust." He shot 68% from the field in college and went 12 for 13 last night, yet according to you, he "can't shoot." I can only hope the mods don't give me a one-week suspension when I bump this in a few months after he is shooting 54% from the field and averaging 21/9/3/2/1 as a 19-year-old. I'm basically with you, although that might be overstating the case just a bit. But yeah, he's going to be tremendous. I do wonder about his longevity, but he is going to dominate a lot. Very efficient player. And a smart team player to boot IMO. We;ll see how good the Pels are. They are still probably 1-2 players away from being serious and it's not exactly a destination. If he can do it there he can do it anywhere. They need to stack run and shooters around him.

Lrobably a 20/10 type guy and everyone here will say he’s padding his stats and is overrated, all while they’re sitting on their sofas lucky to walk on a treadmill 3 times a week

He’s explosive, a bigger version of Westbrook... trades speed for some size. His athleticism and the Hornets need for him to succeed will fuel his career early on. He’ll get a max contract after his rookie contract expires, but not sure he’ll have much of an impact 7-8 years from now

Well, that pretty much guarantees he'll be a HOF'er now.

He's too strong and athletic to be a bust, and whoever said Anthony Bennett is fukking clueless. He reminds me of Larry Johnson, I could see a similar start to his career as well. Let's just hope he doesn't get hampered by back injuries and a jealous tift with a teammate over who gets paid more.

I think he is a Shawn Kemp type of player, but will have more injuries. The injuries will affect his jumping ability, and he will end up being a 'big baby' type player and be out in 8 years.
