of all the bets on the board, H-Town RL was more expensive, Under was more expensive, Wasn't about to go gut shot and take Tampa's RL so yes, I thought personally it was the best value on the board especially considering Verlander was more susceptible to giving up HR's than any of the other starters in Houston. Now although that wasn't the case, it kinda seemed like a fishy line being offered on the under that I can't say I'm surprised.
