I honestly thought atl had to have yesterday’s game. They have put themselves in a spot where they either gonna have to beat flaherty twice or win both games in stl and beat him once.. they might get him today but can’t see it twice if it goes to gm 5..

I like Nats but man I’m a little worried bout stras, couldn’t find him ever making a start on less than 4 days rest? He didn’t throw ton of pitches in the WC game but still. To make matters worse he has had 2 starts with ump and they were both FUGLY!!

Flaherty has allowed 10 earned runs in his last 15 starts!! 9 of the 15 games w no runs. Worst 2nd half start 3 runs. , 2 runs twice. 3 others with 1 run allowed. 9 of those 15 he went at least 7 innings or more. 4 others 6 innings, the other 2 vs reds were over a month and half ago were only 2 he failed to go 6!

In those 15 starts 124 k’s 23 walks

FF u4 or 4.5 I like a ton. 4.5 is juicy so prob better off u4 without the juice and risk a push.

Total had to be lower today. I’m shocked it not lower than it is., feel like I lucked out big time with the over yesterday! Lol. I mean both teams really bailed those starters out, Braves coulda easily hung 4-5 runs on mikolas the 1st 2 innings and cards had runners all over bases on kuechal 3rd thru 5th and didn’t plate shit. Guess it was only a matter of time! I sure didn’t think it was gonna make it.

Today will come down to which team can get starter out and into the pens. Flaherty has been incredibly efficient most the second half, I think he goes 7 at least., folty has the stuff but he still hasn’t shown consistent efficiency although in sept even tho he didn’t pitch deep every start his pitch counts were low. Dunno if he was being pulled to save him or opponents .869 ops the 3rd time thru has Braves pulling him to avoid that?? Either way advantage cards.,, really be shocked if FF under didn’t cash, game maybe not as much but I still like it. I don’t expect these pens to get crushed all series! Cards pen had the best ops allowed in baseball this year!!
