Seahawks -1

They have to keep Rams off the field by running the ball a lot and making 3rd down conversions. Rams Rushing D is 24th. Seatttle's is worse. If LAR gets Goff going well and able to pass a lot, Hawks are screwed. SEA Passing D is middle of the pack in yardage wise so far.

Then again, JJ picked the Seahawks. I'm screwed now.

My same exact thoughts Seattle has to keep it in the ground thats why I like the Under as well and Primetime games have all stayed under so far I believe
