finally getting geared up for some Stroh's baseball.... while reviewing Cole's latest win, youtube gave me the pleasure of autopullin' this vid, which -- despite me generally despising the dodgers all my life -- is still the best at bat to occur during my lifetime..... only thing that would have made it the best ever was that it wasn't a game 7....

my best personal astros moment in the stands was game 5 vs. cardinals; was down the right field line, just behind first base, about 15 rows up, with the baddest bitch in the entire stadium on my arm....

when kent unloaded on that pitch, it was so f'n loud you could not hear yourself screaming in joy....

loved kent, and would love even more to hunt on his 4,000 ac south texas ranch in the middle of trophy deer country..... hated it when we lost him after 04, as I think with him, that 2005 team might have done it all..... instead, I had to wait another 12 years for immense pleasure and satisfaction.... well, from an MLB standpoint, anyway....
