For anyone that plays at BetPhoenix, what are your limits? Mine are $500 currently. Talked to customer service, and they said I could request an increase but would have to talk to management at a later date.

You have to deposit a four figure amount for an increase to 1,000 limits. I’m done playing with them
because there is a glitch in the system for parlays & they are cheating the customer with no real excuse to why. They are splitting payouts by more than half on parlays on certain combination of teams. Could be a glitch, but they didn’t know how to fix it so they lost me for life.Comment -

It's not fun. I lucked out this go around, and only won like 800 off the free play bonus there. So it was only like 36,000 rollover . Almost done. Sucks to wait to bet NCAAF spreads on monday, but only a week to go. So much worse for college basketball, they were posting the totals at like 5 pm day of the game.Comment -
$60,000 rollover on $250 lines must be miserable.
Even if they gave me a 500% bonus I don't think I'd ever subject myself to that.
When I play at this group I almost always do the minimum deposit to get the bonus ($300) and try spinning it up right away or trying over.
Their lines are such hot garbage though. Baseball is one of the best sports to clear rollovers with because juice is so low but here that's not the case.Comment -

so I just talked to their CS and requested for a $1500 limit. They talked to a line manager and they said "we think 500 is okay". Yeah I'm sure you do.
