Period-- yes it does-- however the particular sportsbook should have examined their futures liability weekly --or in our case daily. A futures report is so easy to run -and is . Just a click of the computer screen. >IE Report 27== report 27 is NFC Conference-- it would show how much each team would pay if they were to win..
Very good question sir--gl to all

This a separate bet. Futures consideration comes in to play in December if at all.

MGM officials declined to give a reason why Kivi left the post he has held since June 1993, six months before the Strip mega-resort opened. However, speculation is that he was fired Friday.

The purported ouster came a day after Kivi denied in the SUN that the MGM Grand took a $1 million bet from New Jersey gaming mogul Donald Trump on the Mike Tyson-Evander Holyfield heavyweight championship fight at the MGM.
Trump told a New York reporter last week that he won $20 million when 20-1 underdog Holyfield won by an 11th-round knockout on Nov. 9.

It would seem to me a bit reckless to build a risk model that didn't include all potential exposure weighted by probability but what do I know.

I'm not sure you can alter a line intended for weekly action to somehow balance season long action without comprising the integrity of the spread on a particular game... Plus there's so many variables that can affect futures, allowing exposure to influence your weekly lines just seems like a futile task that wouldn't even guarantee its intended outcome. The books have so many moving parts when you take all possible bets into consideration (spread, totals, halves, props, live) I'd guess they just have to let the chips fall where they may and trust that the house edge will do its job over time.
