I think that Miami is really bad and they just don't have the talent to hang with a professional
team. Yes they too are professionals, but in this case I would classify them as semi pro. Better
than a college team, but no quite a professional level squad. The reason you haven't seen lines
like this since 1987 is because that is the year of the strike and scab players. That is the
situation here. Miami is playing with replacement players they got from various cast off areas
of the league. We will look back on their first 4 weeks and realize that the line really should
have been an unprecidented 30 points or better. I think there is value on the favorite at -21.5
in Dallas. I watched the games so far and Miami looks like they haven't even practiced on offense.
Players routinely in the wrong spot: no sense of purpose, looking not to get hurt, unable to catch a
pass, and the list goes on. On defense they actually looked like they gave a shit but are just
unable to compete with the 2 teams they have played. Fear not tho, upper management with a keen eye
discovered the problem and shipped him off to Pittsburgh, so now they don't have a play maker in the
secondary to possible keep anything close.
