On UNC here. On heritage you can get out of bet at halftime and buy/sell up to 2 points (ML nto eligble) so I sold two to get UNC +1 +120, will either hedge at halftime if they are up or cancel the bet and bet them w live w better odds

So, UNC has beaten a mid tier SEC team and Miami, who was supposed to be an upper tier ACC team when the season started and played Florida close in an ugly game in week 1. Wake barely sneaks by Utah State in week 1 and beats pathetic Rice 41-20.

But Wake is favored. Logic dictates that UNC should be favored by 3, but Wake is.

The line smells like shit. They are begging for UNC money. I'm a UNC homer and I wouldn't put a penny on us in this situation.

Supposed to be rainy. I think both sides try to get their ground game going and this turns into a slopfest. Wake normally plays at a fast tempo but I think will be under given the circumstances. Number already dropped a bit.

Also, probably slight advantage to Wake in the weather since they have dual threat QB.

Wake missing Kendall Hinton but NC missing their best corner Patrick Rene.

seems like there should be one more play.... but they need a TD anyway, so pretty much doesn't matter.

apparently, the refs determine when the clock stops not the time keeper (even when the player steps out of bounds)....... but i thought they surely they could change that on review. i guess maybe the idea is that that is how they do it every other play of the game, so why should the last play be different?

because its the last play. if a team loses 3 seconds in 1q, no one gives a shit. but when the play design was to get closer and run out of bounds before time expires, it kind of matters.

i understand there is a huge difference.... i'm trying to figure out their thinking. the announcer seemed to think the refs blowing the whistle is final. i can see that when the whistle is early but late and out-of-bounds i agree they should review it.. anyway, they needed a TD (and i was on NC ATS myself)
