Could the tribes not have just told the governments to fuk off and book bets on their own as they are on sovereign territory. Its how they do what ever the fuk they want in Canada. I was at Cherokee last weekend. They are going to open up a small version of the sportsbook with kiosks and a betting counter in a month. The big sportsbook hasn’t even began construction... but it should start soon. They’re going to build a sportsbook and put the poker room right beside it.
