Two Head Coaches that are too dumb to realize just how bad their starting QB's are. Two teams who defenses gave up 30 or more points at home last week. Carolina is 1-7 ATS as a conference favorite of over 3 points in the 2nd of back to back home games. Tampa is 1-8 ATS in Thursday Night games. The line in Vegas fluctuates between 6 1/2 and 7, meaning that all Vegas wants is their Vig.

I had to go with the Bucs +7. Just too much receiving talent against weak Carolina secondary. Ronald Jones showed lots of potential last week. Bucs' defense looks much improved too under Bowles. Short week not much of an effect since it's early in the season.
