How many tournaments per day will each player be allowed to participate in? The high hand bonus seems like a nice idea with these new events for sure, thanks!
Rake rebate is great though maybe you should once again retroactively apply it for bigblue to get him back in action for a little bit?
That progressive bad beat jackpot is quite nice, but wonder how long it will take to win it. Same type of jackpot my local card room has and it often takes months for it to be hit, and they have way more tables/action than SBR does. I've been playing on SBR poker ever since it started I think (maybe 10 years? not sure exactly). Don't know if I've ever had a hand of four 8s or better beaten using both hole cards in hold'em. But hey, it's fun to dream! Also, why not have hands at the cash games be eligible for this bad beat jackpot too? Could help stimulate action there though maybe you don't want to make omaha eligible for it since obviously far easier to hit it in omaha. Hands in the Cash Games are eligible for the progressive Bad Beat Jackpot!
When you say you must have a pocket pair to make quads, are you saying AK beating 88 on an AAA88 board would not qualify? That would involve using both hole cards so...
That is correct it will not Qualify since you Must have a pocket pair and use both cards in your hand.

How does one qualify for the "rank" of rake.
I will "ass-u-me" it's the amount of rake contributed while playing points tables? Or is it the number of hands played? If this is not the case please clarify.
It will be interesting as there is really no way to track who I am up against or how I rank. I don't play much now since the points slash but would reconsider.
Qualifying for the rake is based on the total amount of points collected from each player for hands played.

If you have the 'Save Hands Automatically?' on YES...
... then you can open a kind of a hand history 'explorer window' where you can view hands mixed together from different tables
It's a pain to use and not very intuitive, but it's possible to track down the last hand played at previous table that was just broken before BBj hits.

Remember Guys this is in the Beta stages for these New Promotions. There may be a need for some tweaking along the way, so hang in there and if you see something that seems odd let me know.

Agree...it's annoying not seeing the bad beat river card, before getting kicked off the table.

Sam I love the new ideas and the HUGE effort to improve the poker room. If you want to drive traffic to the cash games, the Bad Beat Jackpot should be at the cash tables and not on the tournament tables. Once it starts growing, more guys will play to try to win it.
It won't improve the tournament participation. The exact same guys that play those for the handout points will play with or without the BBJ.

This is true. Currently I'm only playing cash games with rolls. Add BBJ to cash games, I would strongly consider playing cash games without rolls. The BBJ should be for both tourney's & cash games.

Agree completely. And pay out in Bitcoin.
For this I would play with betpoints already rolled and lose them to the better players. I bet others would too.

His original post had them in the tournaments and didn't mention cash games. You don't want to intermingle those. I would hate to be playing cash games to try to win it and some jackwagon playing in a fukking free tournament wins it and it resets at the cash game.

I just lost 99 points in the casino or I'd give this post 99 points!!
If we can play in MULTIPLE tourneys per weekend, PLEASE don't make it where we have to play in the first one to do so!!

Cover letter and resume with references submitted.
I was specifically sought out by one of my contacts.
If all goes well I'll have to have them help me with work visas and all that Jazz.

LOL The 9 or 10 people who play EVERY freakin tournament on weekdays,
and then ALSO play EVERY freakin tournament on the weekends, are going to love this promo.
(And no I'm not being crass! I'm being serious! They can now get even MORE points for their poker ferocity!)

poker points after being rolled over turn into betpoints. With betpoints you can register in the tournaments.
