Even when all is functioning, the software is worse and worse on big rotations, timing of lines, it's a pain to get down.

I can say a million good things about them, but they are making changes that alienate some of us traders for sure.

Who ever decided to make desktop software look/act like mobile can suck my ass. Apple's done that with the Mac, trying t make everything one big fukn' iphone. While it may be easier for them (regarding cross platform integration) I'm not a fan. Progress for progress sake ain't always the answer.

Sammy, my Mac Pro runs like a tank and doesn't need any bullshit "cleaner". I'm sure I can get to Heritage sports screen now, but come game day the last two weeks no can do. As stated already, not a user side issue. Even if there were no problems, still prefer the old interface.

Heritage and 5dimes are my top 2 books...and truth be told, that's all you really need...yes, I agree with the vast majority on here that the new interface sucks moose dong and can be a pain in the ass, but the fact that you get (-105) lines and a super fast payout when requesting a withdrawal make it worthwhile IMO...but I wish they would go back to the classic format...there was nothing wrong with that...simple, fast, efficient, easy navigation, etc, etc!...change for the sake of change is not necessarily a good thing...now my PC looks like a gigantic I-phone every time I log on to their website.
