How exactly was TO a POS? That a pretty strong word. Pain in the ass no doubt but TO never got in trouble with the law. Never got suspended for taking drugs or steroids. TO always showed up in big games. He had the one year blow up when he was trying to renegotiate his contract in Philly. But most of TO's bad wrap was his antics on the field.
