They are saying it will be corrected but still showing cancled not pending.

Only thing I can think of is they waited till the game started to cancel the wagers made before the location change and ended up canceling everything and now have to manually review each bet.

when there is a correction required they wait until game is final so as to not regrade twice. Not the best but, nothing to worry about
