Every time the CBS camera is on him.... he's talking non-stop to someone. He does this all the time... with all the BS from his mouth.... you'd figure he'd have a better game plan?

I dunno but maybe nobody! Kinda like how he has a pencil in his ear but carrying around a laminated play sheet. I’d kill to see him try to write on that w his pencil!!
