Mfers have managed to turn a game they pistol whipping UCLA into a toss up!! 300 mfin yards to bruins 130, 75 of which came on 1 freaking play!!!!!

Take away the 75 yard td and cats have ran damn near as many plays as bruins have accumulated yards!! Yet UCLA just fukkin scored when I stepped outside to smoke to bring it back to a mfin 3 point game!! Unrealz

Im on rice +21.5 (wish I had gotten when it was 24!). Army gots Michigan next week, doubt they been talking all off season about week 1 vs rice!! lol. Rice pass defense weakest link on d, obviously won’t be a issue in this one. Army lost very good DC this offseason. Figure if rice can get us just 2 tds this number be very difficult for the army boys to cover, run the clock out and get ready for the wolverines, sounds good!

Havnt found much else I like so looking forward to tailing some others!! Lol

I don’t use it real often, def think it something that gets overused by many. In this instance just think it be real easy for them to be looking at that week 2 game all summer and rice the kind of team that real easy to overlook for a team enjoying all time highs., All that said it isn’t close to main reason I like rice, just a little something else I think is favorable to taking the points.

Both teams chew up clock, I think rice offense be little better 2nd year w head coach/system and they brought in bunch of grad transfers to beef up oline. Army lost a lot on defense. And run d is the one area rice capable at and have bunch of returning lbs that shouldn’t be overwhelmed by the option. Also like when teams have extra time to prepare for option attacks. Feel pretty good that rice can get a few scores and don’t expect army to score more than low 30s. 14-20 point game and army will milk half the 4th qrtr away imo.,

That only one I liked, I made a point to not pay attention to what games were what day when I capped this week so I didn’t catch myself being a degen and forcing plays just cause I was itching for fb, lol., after i realized rice was it for me today I did go back and try to find more i liked, skimmed thru other guys i respected threads to see if they had any. Maybe someone pop up and convince me of another but this was really it far as game I felt strong about and woulda played on any given Saturday.

Certainly doesn’t mean it work out, if you make dumb mistakes vs army and they get the option rolling they can steamroll a team of rice caliber no doubt. Just think given the time for them to prepare and the returning strength at lb should give them a fighting chance to slow army’s attack and ideally make their scoring drives consist of a bunch of plays and clock!!!
