Anybody having issues with Bonus Codes on BetOnline?

Long story short; I put in a bonus code on Friday that I received from them via email for 175 percent deposit bonus.

I deposited and it never showed. I contacted support numerous times only to get “our system is down”.

It’s 5 days later
