AB on the Raiders. The helmet story is so stupid I don't even bother following it. My guess is that I'll see a headline sometime before Week 1 saying: "Brown finds a helmet" or something - and I won't click that story either.

You know Hman, I'm trying to come up with a name but other then the aforementioned Brown but I'm having trouble doing so--and I think that is a good thing. Your thread title says 'arrogant' and the you used 'cocky' in the sentence, but I think there is a subtle difference in those words. I suppose you are talking about the negative connotation of the word 'cocky' and there don't seem to be too many jackasses these days, at least in the American sports world (I don't know much about the world of soccer). I suppose I can throw Conner Macgregor's name out there, but he is in a niche sport. Some cocky athletes certainly include Tom Brady and LeBron James but I think they are cocky in a positive sense.
