I have a buddy who has completely gutted and updated a big restaurant. I have helped him here and there on some of it. Getting close to opening. Tonight is big party there. Tons of good food and open bar. Gonna try to take it easy because I have a nice little side job tomorrow.

BMI is 19%, I'm 5' 8" 168 lbs, all the other vitals are great.
I was a catcher in baseball for years, that had to play a part of it.
I have severe osteoarthritis nobody really knows the cause but me being overweight is not an issue.
Age maybe but I'm hardly a senior citizen.
My knee's is hosed too, my left leg is two inches shorter than the right leg sometimes I overcompensate my walk and put too much pressure on it,
