clearly define the finals format before the championship actually happens (say we will double blinds and chips for final or something like that)

The ring games will always be a tough sell because you have a finite amount of points here. I think extending them will create too many options

Maybe a big buy in tournament a few times a year (every 2 or 3 months, once a month is too much)
