Same to you Rudy. Fortunately for me the last several years I've maintained an income that allowed for buying a $335k home, now worth almost $400k. Added to my IRA and getting married. I can say without a doubt, given the market over the past decade, had I not gambled and invested instead, I would be nearly a millionaire. Do I regret it? Not really.
