if memory serves, Padres have scored a bunch of runs every game against them this year

yes, no wager here but Padres most likely win and put up 6+ runs
Tatis Jr is all world, very much looking forward to watching him and these other youngsters over the coming years

Balty is one of the biggest disgraces I've seen in MLB in a long time if not ever.
They have a total payroll of over 72 million and are on a 49 and 113 won/loss pace.
That's 1962 Mets bad, and that 1962 team lost 120 games with a bunch of expansion players and minor league rejects.
Earl Weaver is spinning in his grave.

Heavy pressure on SD, just like yesterday, where they held up against it.
Tough to find a forecast favoring Balty here and the books are getting hit. Balty not showing up very well in the numbers.
SD favored and rightly so, wouldn't be surprised if it goes higher.
I see SD -218 or -220 or so as a sharp, forward trading limit, if it bumps up I'm either off a little or it's getting steamed.
Send it too far, and there will be Balty trades, maybe big ones too.

the chop is paying homage to chopping sugarcane in the Dominican Republic...the whole team has adopted that if you watch them...
not sure what the rest is, looks like a "Can't see me" leading up to the chop

Tom Eshleman pitching for the Orioles. Great movement and 4 good pitches. Shut down the Angels in the Marathon game

Mfer only averages 85ish mph on his fastball, cutter only pitch that grades out as slightly better than average, good command grade but overall looks like a gas can.

-240 now. I think it's because the Birds will resume being the Birds; even after their excellent performance at the slumping Angels.
Read somewhere about never laying > -170 on a game. (The late, great Mike Lee I think). But the again, never say never.

San Diego is only a few pieces away.
As a KC fan who saw Hosmer and that group develop from the minor leagues I knew he was a keeper.
He was never going to give you 40 ding dongs a season but 25, he's not a high arching long ball hitter, but that hits it on the screws, great, not good, but great glove, tremendous game instincts, will always hit for average, solid OBA and great in the clubhouse,
Machado is a stud,
The kids are good, the organization wants to compete.

Yea. There is a lot of pressure on San Diego. 18 games out of first place and 6 games under .500. Who is putting the pressure on them, dumb f**k? Mr. Chicken S**t strikes again.

Padres pitching has been pretty awful the past few months...especially the bullpen, which is usually a strength.

I was right, it did go higher, but that forward trading limit was off a "little" lol.
Line made it to close to -250 as the books just went blinking away under that heavy pressure on SD.
Books going to collect that steam, it appears.
