I'll be 40 this year and I just got carded for buying beer at a liquor store to go to all the time, despite having a full Paul Bunyan beard,

I eat keto, workout a lot, and have been a full blown booze slammer since about 17. I do not have good genes.

Drugs and smoking (meth, tobacco, heroin) will age you but booze is not to blame.

The problem is people who usually are full-blown alkis, also eat crappy food and are overweight, or they mix that in with smoking or hard drugs and live a stressful lifestyle as well.
