Starters have given up 47 runs in last 6 games with none making it out of 4th inning. As a team have given up 64 runs in last 6. mlb worst in 50 years. not real championship contenders with that staff. not a chance against either hou or boston and its been the same for years. they love to accumulate bats, but in the playoffs, pitching wins the big games.
They need to make moves in the offseason to seriously balance that team.

even CC couldn't make it 5 innings. time to trade those bats for some arms in the offseason. this team is going nowhere come playoff time. boston, houston, and cleveland always focus on pitching. red sox went and got sale and price when they were available. cleveland and houston constant with some of better staffs and pens in baseball. this team as designed is not built for playoff baseball.

another meaningless 100 win season. starting to look like the houston rockets. regular season warriors. beating up on the torontos, balty, and tigers of the world and not make the ws. fired the old manager, but still didn't fix the core issue. same team that had prime CC, Clemens, Pettite, Mo and the crew can't figure out you don't homer your way to a world series anymore. as a mets fan i would take the 100 wins anyday. If mets trade noah, fans should boycott.
