I understand why many people support Trump. I get it. But to pretend he's the most honest man in America is pure fantasy. He lies about anything and everything. Where his father was born(3 separate occasions), why he said Tim Apple, crowd sizes, his wealth, a few years back he described Jeffrey Epstein as a "terrific guy", now it's "not a fan". These are all of the top of my head. There are thousands and thousands of others. Most of these are things that he doesn't even need to lie about.

I can't name a single President that hasn't lied. Never said I could. If I even attempted to do this I would hope people would tell me that I have joined a cult.


He doesn't talk out of both sides of his mouth? Is this a joke? Trump contradicts himself more than anyone I've ever seen. Often in mid-sentence. Here's a couple off the top of my head, "I love wikileaks!" He repeated that on camera dozens of times leading up to the election. And now "I know nothing of wikileaks, it's not my thing"(this is also a lie btw). How about this one "Jeff Epstein is a terrific guy!" and now "Not a fan". Or how about this classic "I don't know why Russia would have interfered in our election" And then the next day when his staff told him he shouldn't have said that he says "I meant to say wouldn't" Even though that wouldn't have made any sense with the rest of context of what he was saying. Trump tells people what he thinks they want to hear in that moment. He lies in plain sight constantly and people just ignore it because they hate Dems far more than they could ever hate Trump. People think they are required to choose a winner and a loser, like a sporting event. Most Reps would rather choose a pathological liar over a Dem any day.

Here's the thing, you're not required to take sides. When Hillary and Trump ran I thought it was the worst two people that could possibly be running. Is this really our best two choices? Just because Hillary would have been a terrible choice doesn't automatically make Trump honest or great. Disliking Dems doesn't automatically mean that Trump must be great. Regardless of how great you think he is, he's still a pathological liar. Anyone that doesn't realize this needs serious help. This is how cults are formed.
