I used to play. There was a sportsbook or poker site long time ago that let you play for money. Can't remember it though

I used to play a lot. Interest seems to have declined a lot, so it's hard to find a game.

Thanks,if you like the under hit it.
I’m not 100 percent.
I saw value in under 10.5 yesterday MIL/PIT
2-1 bottom 8, long story short 7-6 final.
Yep 10 runs since the bottom of the eighth.

I'm a very good backgammon player. Probably would be ranked #1 at SBR.

I had to choose as a kid, between backgammon and another sport; I chose the other, which is more meaningful and challenging:

Backgammon just might be THE best game to play stoned.
Arabs were smoking hash and playing this game 3000 years ago.

I play whenever I can find a game. Love it.
The site you used to be able to play at online was "gammon empire".
I wish that site was still around.
I have been playing a lot of gin lately.

Agreed. The game within the game - love it!
Backgammon even has the chouette style (had to google the spelling - thought it was "shoot") when it's one player vs. multiple, like a bank. Insanely fun to watch or play.
Before 9/11 there was a small park in front of the WTC where there was open air backgammon/chess games (for money) every day. I used to watch and play (probably watched 10 games for every 1 I played) ... there were some Wall Street types who were rumored to be some of the best in the world, plus the local hustler talent - it was fukkin' awesome.
Those games have long since moved inside the atrium of a nearby complex of buildings near subway entrances - I've been a few times - but the old magic is 100% gone. Fantastic game.
