    Cards Leave 20 LOB
Had a big bet on St. Louis (which cashed by the way).
    Fell asleep middle 4th inning.

Just checked the box score to see LOB 20.
Said to myself “this can’t be right, has to be a typo, no team leaves 20 on base.”
Sure as shit, if shit can be sure the Cards tied the MLB record with 20 men left on base (1957 NYY)

Holy Miley that’s a lot of stranded ducks.

Two words ‘clutch hitting’, look into it St. Louis.

How the fuk do you score nine runs and leave 20 on, with any type of clutch hitting they score 20. Oddest box score I’ve ever seen.

Pretty sure they only left 10 on. The box score doesn't really calculate it right because it adds every time a player gets out with a runner on, rather than the end of every inning (if you look at the Brewers box score it says 21 LOB). But still, yea, not good.

That makes sense, it’s next to impossible to score 9 and leave 20 on.
Jusr for shits and giggles I’m going to leave look at that 1957 NYY box.
