We need to talk about tilt and being safe when betting

I really fukked up

Ran $1800 up to 0.55 BTC, woke up to btc down 15% overnight, lost big on awful loss sunday night, tilted and chased it, all the way down to my final 0.06 BTC... Sent 0.05 BTC ($500) to sell sadly, head sunk, lost all that money. The final 0.01 BTC placed on 4 team dog parlay that actually hit, 3 yesterday and Cinci reds tonight. Now have $2300 worth... Going to cash out but jesus christ I am so mad at myself. Just thankful I somehow did not lose all of it and at least somehow profited...

What could have been a 5k+ weekend (1200 in poker, rest in sports) turned out to be A LOT less. Being in a large downswing hurt even more. Just thankful I finished up overall for the past week, roughly 1700.



Volunteering Saturday and Sunday with the animal shelter I've helped out in the past. About to drive 3 hours to jersey shore (not AC). Need a serious break. Too big of bets, too much tilt and honestly, not enough appreciation for how much BTC is actually worth. Betting 0.1 BTC feels like nothing but its $1000+...feel like degenerate lately...break time.
