Offer turned out to be 65k with no benefits...not happy. Who the hell makes a FT offer that does not include a medical plan. Decided to take final interview with technology health SaaS company, they would offer more and a very well rounded benefit plan. I find out today if I got that offer. First offer expires today.

If business is less than 15 employees than no healthcare needs to be offered. Over 15 if working more than 30 hrs a week after 90 days than you must offer healthcare plan.

Why didn’t you discuss healthcare plan during round 2 or 3 of interviews.

I have zero interest in being a gambler for a career. Without benefits though his offer sucks, like 58k comparable probably. Not even a retirement contribution.

Head hunter for small company now is trying to hassle me and convince me. Calling me soon. I’d rather not talk to him about this cause clearly him and the owner looked to screw me over from the beginning it feels like.

Obviously if I don’t get SaaS offer I’ll take this shit offer but I really don’t want to explain that to the headhunter before I have my decision. Fuk me if I somehow lose both offers.

Changing your email ; Go to your inbox, left hand side you will see change email & password, click there to change your email

subscribe to thread can be found under " Thread tools "
so first found the thread you want to get notifications from, top of the first post you will find "Thread tools "
click that and you have options to either get your alerts on the forum, or by email
