I think there if value on Rosen not starting here.

I don't live in Miami but everything I read says Fitz looks MUCH better than Rosen right now.

Miami's head coach also said this:

Coach Brian Flores has made no secret of the fact there will be no entitlement on his team so everyone, including Rosen, has to earn a starting opportunity. And on Friday, Flores doubled down on that idea, saying if veteran Ryan Fitzpatrick wins the job to start the season and every week afterward, well then, so be it.

“The best man,” Flores said. “If he [Fitzpatrick] wins the competition absolutely I’m good with that. I think that’s what would be best for the team and best for the Miami Dolphins.

Another thing to remember is the we are likely going to tank on purpose for a draft pick this season which would favor Rosen starting to get experience and lose games while Fitz serves as a backup/mentor. We've cut everyone due any money (except reshad jones who is still likely gone before the season starts and xavien howard who we paid because has played great and has massive upside if he can stay healthy) and are likely going to try to rebuild from the ground up over the next few years. At least that's my hope. I'd gladly go 2-14 a few seasons to rebuild rather than spending huge money to win 6-8 games every year like we normally do

totally agree. except I think jones has a moment with flo and he stays (might be wishful thinking). I think we dont tank. How can a new coach tell players to put their bodies on the line for 16 weeks for the sake of a top draft pick? again wishful thinking but I think flo trots out a defense that wins games. Fitzmagic (QB, i cant believe im backing him) or Rosin Oil do well.

The difference between Maimi tanking and Miami going all out may be 1 game. This is NOT a good team. They are obviously still screwed up from the owner on down. There is way too much time left before the season starts. Let's wait until August and see what develops.
