Question about live in-game betting

I noticed it seems like the sportsbooks somehow always seem to be 5-10 seconds ahead of live television with the scores/stats/updating odds. How is this possible? Do they have some kind of faster feed? Is there someone live at all of these events?

Is there anyway to be watching the game "live" at the same time/speed as the books?

Yeah most TV u watch is delayed I think 5-7 seconds some channels play live feed but minority dont
