Someone going all in does not equal absolute stupid. If you and the other player were close in chips and dlow had a large lead, it makes sense to be extremely aggressive and shove if opponents have say 10BB or less. They’re likely to fold to avoid 3rd place and he continues to accumulate chips. When he gets called he obviously will likely be behind.

All I can say is he went All In w/ 10 6 vs. AK, I had like 3800 chips, he had about 14k, if he loses he's at 10k and I'm back in it with 7600. Look all I can do is get them in good in that spot & Pray. Thanks SBR for another great promotion & generous prizes.

Late and 3 handed has little to do with starting hands. You are absolutely right though, he has to pick up a big hand to risk going out in 3rd since he has over double the chips of Stefan.
