I would think the answer is yes, its really no different than an offshore company owning 2 books and getting a bonus at both, the books are licensed at the state level so fanduel PA and fanduel are really separate entities.

don't know if this was mentioned or not but you can play the NBA tonight without a vig on either side. that is a nice perk if you are a big player, save $100 if you lose. if they do this often. also somebody mentioned you can't play money lines. yes you can, you need to look around and experiment. still don't like the interface, but I could get used to it.
