Their bullpen is average at best, so if one likes the twins to win strong enough but -195 being too high, I couldn't see why one wouldn't like them to be ahead after 5 with a much more reasonable price. Just throwing it out there..

That was actually closest I got to any play in this one. I’d have prob taken it at -130 or less but I’m not a big fan of a teams 1st gm home after a decent road trip, even more so FF as often they somewhat sluggish but turn it up after few abs (sometimes they never get it going)., some teams better/worse about this than others but havnt started tracking yet this year so at moment just a situation I’m aware of doesn’t dictate a play or not.

Chisox got some mojo going knocking stros off 2 games in a row. Lopez made 2 starts at target last season and pitched 13 innings only allowing 5 hits, 2 runs, lot of walks but was able to pitch around them. Scouting reports say kid has a plus plus fastball and plus curve/slider (think it gets classified as both at times?) this year it hasn’t played to that level consistently but any given day if he got the feel for it he can be tough to barrel up. Catching twins in a spot I think more likely to be sluggish. As much I love berrios and twinks offense just didn’t feel like this was the day to lay a somewhat lofty price for ff rl when I think could very well be low scoring thru 5.. if we got a generous ump that I don’t think would squeeze the kid I think I could very well go FF under 5 at -105 or better!!

Over 10 in stl. Cards finally moved carp out of leadoff spot. Mikolas gonna prob give us 6+ innings but will give up 4 or so vs Braves lineup. Hot today, ball should carry. I think we see 12 minimum here.
