I picked up TOR +7.5 and +265 in the KVB's Gambler's Slush Fund. Which is not tracked here so you'll just have to trust me when I say it is just less then even but loses consistently at a slow rate, better than the vig loss, but still a losing Fund because of aggressiveness like today.

I hear you there. I almost had them in the Contrarian Fund but Minny is just too strong in the original forecast. You even took Minny.

But that other Fund is strictly a runline strategy. It doesn't mind paying for the 1.5 and will pay up to quite a bit depending on the situation. It's taken shots at +200 +1.5's...but of course lost...lol. It'll get it though eventually, if they keep offering.

That Contrarian RL Fund is down -7.05 units but it was nice to finally hit with the ChiSox and get a +1.55 out of it. I think it is making a comeback or at least it hit bottom and wouldn't be surprised to see the Angels play a close on here.

I need to get talked off chisox. Don’t love them but that -180ish price tag on stros seems kinda high. Kid pitching for stros has seen all his numbers jump way up from minors but I mean it only 2 starts so I dunno.

Giolito is looking like he really coming into his own this year, he has abandoned the sinker which wasn’t very effective and throwing more 4 seemers w increased velo and more changeups in place of the sinker and both been more effective, his swinging strike rate much better. The only issue is he has done this vs a lot of pretty crappy lineups so dunno how it translates vs a stacked stros lineup.

No chance id play stros, guess chisox prob worth a small play.

Corbin Martin is legit, starter for Astros.

I'm considering the Under, maybe first five innings. But it just seems pointless to ever play Unders in this league.

He could very well be but this the 1st season he even pitched at triple a and his walk rate has spiked there and that has carried over early into his big league career. Ground ball rate lower and his hr/fly ball rate thru the roof. That could very well be a product of small sample but the walks are concerning. Just doesn’t strike me as someone who should be lined this high as of yet.

I hear what you are saying, but on the other hand look at Giolito's 5 wins so far this year: KC, NYY, CLE, TOR, TOR. Against Yankees he gave up 4 runs in 5 IP but got run support in that game.

I did mention my biggest concern was giolitos good games have all come vs crap lineups. Definitely gives me pause. Did well in the day games so just going half unit ff, .25 full game. We see what happens but no biggie if stros whip them, lol.. gl
