What's up with Marc Gasol? Dude was trash to the point where MIL just gave him open looks and Gasol would either launch a line-drive brick like some dad at the YMCA, or just pass due to lack of confidence. He killed TOR while Lopez did the opposite for his team.

Probably a combination of getting older and not the best fit with Raptors to begin with. There was some speculation on fan sites that Ibaka should start over him as he's really of no use in this series if he can't knock down some shots. As good as he was defending Embiid, he had the same problems offensively in that series that you pointed out tonight.

I think he's at his best when the offense revolves around him in a 2 man game and he gets lots of touches and can get into a rhythm with his shot. But with the starting unit he's basically just a spot up shooter with Leonard and Siakam dominating the action.

Bucks played horrible but still got the win & the cover was a bonus. The Bucks will not shoot that poorly from three again plus Giannis and Middleton were very quiet. That game was very winnable for the Raptors - a golden opportunity wasted and now they are done in 5, maybe 6...

Gotta laugh at these clowns taking games off for load management and now can’t play 40 freaking minutes in a nba game where there’s whistles & stoppages of play every 30 seconds. On top of the 7 time outs each team gets plus a 15 minute halftime. Common. LB I know you’re a LeBron hater but the guy only averaged less than 41 mins a game in the playoffs 2x in 13 years, one year averaging 46!

Doubt you’ll see a 30 piece from Lowry again. This could get ugly.

LeBron is a freak. Can't compare Leonard with him. Leonard played 42 minutes last night. That's pretty much his usual standard. The load management thing is overplayed. They are trying to keep the guy beyond this season. Good thing they did that because he beat Philly by himself.

As for Lowry he looked great last night and sure he had a big game but I don't think this series is going to get ugly. Relying on Brook Lopez is there best option. Judging from this thread responses the raptors are done. I think they blew an opportunity to steal a game but they will be fine. It's one game.

Hes shot under 40% last 2 games. One could argue he over extended himself in the philly series due to lack of support. Unless that is just getting to the ECF was enough for Toronto?

I dont feel raps are done by no means they should win in toronto maybe even be right there at the end again in game 2

Now I'm confused. First you said he should play more but now you are saying he overextended himself in Philly series. Also you are bringing his shot % into the equation now as well. That wasn't your original complaint. No one on the raptors shot well yesterday besides Lowry and they were right there at the end. It's going to be a good series.

Sorry LB. wasn’t singling out Leonard. Most in the nba for whatever reason don’t play LeBron type minutes. I just never understood why. In Embiid you can argue his fitness. Not sure why others can / do not.

My comment on the shooting % was that I feel raps depended on him so much v philly he could be done. Looks like moving forward in this series there’s games every other day.
