So yes, they probably have a small actual damages claim and a massive punitive claim

Judges and juries that are unfit (usually in California) award this type of BS as an anti corporate message.

These awards are always reversed and cut down to size on appeal.

The plaintiffs in the roundup case wont see any money for years maybe decades and even then itll be nickles on the dollar, if anything.
