I came here to post this. 2nd Shift JJ is really struggling.

the hate for kyrie is ridiculous. all anyone said last year was how much better boston would be with kyrie and Gordon back next year.
2 years ago (last with cavs) he scored a game high 40 pts in game 4 of finals (only win in series)
3 years ago he got LeBron his ring in Cleveland... they don't win it all without him that year.
4 years ago they probably win it all that year if he doesn't get hurt in gm 1
and the 3 years before LeBron came back? ROY, and two all star appearances
get off the mans dick for real. injuries are his only problems honestly...the rest? just haters.

his teammates in boston don't like him and don't wanna play with him. which is just because hes the best player on the team, and they made it to the east finals without him or Gordon and think they don't need either one. then kyrie tried to big bro them and that made it worse. tatum and brown want all the spotlight and that's fine if they produce without him. but kyrie will go somewhere and prove everyone wrong. reunion with LeBron now that both have been humbled may be his best bet.

if kyrie and kawhi go to the lakers next year, and they properly fill spots with trades and free agents to get the lineup/rotation perfect. that team will be ridiculously hard to beat. Lebron will becoming off a humbling season, kyrie will also feel some type of way after the boston situation, and if kawhi leaves tor he'll have to prove it was the right move and he wont be worried as much about injuries because he will have gotten his max contract.

In terms of scoring talent Kyrie is a stud but he's not a plug and play type of player for contenders. He's a shoot first point guard with limited vision and passing abilities.

With that being said he did demand a trade out of Cleveland and the Celtics are loaded with ridiculous talent from a player perspective. Boston probably could have put up more of a fight this series without Kyrie or more likely clinched the 3 seed over Philly if Kyrie was never around.

Brad Stevens has to take blame for the season as well. It's not like he didn't know who Kyrie is and how he plays, the players never made adjustments or responded well to Kyrie's game.
