According to an affidavit, Jones was caught on surveillance video allegedly capping and pinching bets. Increasing wagers after the outcome is known as capping a bet. Removing a wager is known as pinching a bet.
The affidavit states that Jones attempted to cap or pinch his bet on five separate occasions throughout the night of Feb. 26 and into the early-morning hours of Feb. 27.
